INTRODUCTION

The present Privacy Policy applies to the Web Site www.artworldlaw.com, held by Marta González Suárez, lawyer in the ICAM, and address in Madrid (hereinafter, “Artworld Law”). The mere use of the Site and the eventual submission of the User’s personal information through the Site shall be understood as an express and unequivocal consent for the processing of personal data by Users under the terms stated in this Privacy Policy.

Artworld Law ensures the protection of personal data of users according to the Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter “Data Protection Act”) and Royal Decree 1720 / 2007 of 21 December, approving the development regulation of the Data Protection Act. The access to this Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

 

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data provided through the Site as well as any other personal information that the User may provide at any time to Artworld Law shall be included within a personal data file owned by the latter, duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency and maintained under Artworld Law’s responsibility. The purpose of such personal data file is to properly manage the relationships maintained with the User in connection with the adequate use of the Site.

In the case of those Users that simply access the Site with the purpose of browsing contents and information, Artworld Law shall only keep certain information about the User’s IP address used to access the Site, date and time of access, Internet address containing the link that redirected the User to the Site, if any, and other information for statistical data purposes only.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Privacy Policy is governed by the provisions of Spanish law. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this Privacy Policy, Artworld Law and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Capital).
